The M27C512-12F1 is a 512 Kbit EPROM offered in the two ranges UV (ultra violet erase) and OTP (onetime programmable) . The M27C512-12F1 is ideally suited for applica-tions where fast turn-around and pattern experimentation are important requirements and isorganized as 65536 by 8 bits. The M27C512-12F1 provides for programmable READ or WRITE burst lengths of 1, 2, 4, or 8 locations, or the full page, with a burst terminate option.
